Payments
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another identified payment provider. Golf Nomad Club does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy policies and security standards.

Email and marketing
Golf Nomad Club uses Brevo to manage contacts and send transactional and marketing email. Information submitted through a signup form is transferred to Brevo for processing. Where a confirmation step is used, the email owner must confirm the request. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary booking or service messages.
We do not treat contacts collected by another business or for another purpose as Golf Nomad Club marketing subscribers without a valid basis or appropriate consent.
Cookies, analytics, and embedded services
The site may use necessary cookies and services supplied by WordPress, Elementor, Google Analytics or Site Kit, Brevo, Stripe, CAPTCHA providers, GoDaddy, Mapbox, and embedded video or social-media platforms. - General inquiries and unsuccessful trip inquiries: generally up to 2 years after the last meaningful interaction.
- Booking, payment, accounting, and tax records: generally 7 years or longer when required by law.
- Passport information: deleted within 30 days after the applicable trip unless retention is legally required.
- Emergency-contact, dietary, accessibility, and similar trip-needs information: deleted within 90 days after the applicable trip unless retention is legally required.
- Marketing records: retained until consent is withdrawn or the information is no longer needed. A limited suppression record may be retained to honor an unsubscribe request.
- Analytics data under our control: generally retained for up to 14 months.
We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary for a legal claim, dispute, security investigation, or other legal obligation.
Sensitive information
